*This ticket is valid for 6 hours. Visitors will be charged KRW 5,000 for every additional hour. We recommend you to enter Cimer 6 hours before the closing time in order for you to use your ticket to the fullest extent.
*Visitors must be at least 10 years old to enter.
*Visitors between the age of 10~18 must be accompanied by an adult with a form of identification (ex. passport).
*Children under 130cm will be required to wear life jackets in certain pools.
*Visitors must be at least 130cm to ride the pool slide in the Aqua Spa Zone.
*All fees except admission fees are charged to your locker key and are to be paid when exiting.

*KRW 5,000 per additional hour
- Jjimjil Spa Zone Only: valid for up to 4 hours starting from your entrance time
*KRW 5,000 per additional hour
*If you enter the Jjimjil Spa Zone after 10:00pm, there will be an additional charge of KRW 15,000 per person on the site.

Ten en cuenta

1. There may be a delay or limitation of entry depending on the availability of lockers, especially during peak season, weekends, or on public holidays.
2. You must use the shoe locker within 10 minutes of validating your ticket. The locker will lock automatically after 10 minutes.
3. Visitors must wear swimsuits in the Aqua Spa Zone and the provided jjimjil clothes in the Jjimjil Spa Zone.
4. No outside food or drinks are allowed (excluding water or drinks in plastic bottles, special foods for patients, peeled/seedless fruits in plastic containers).
5. Use of tubes, pool toys, and oils are prohibited in the pool area.
6. Smoking is prohibited in the spa facilities.
7. Visitors with tattoos are kindly asked to cover up their tattoos (ex. by wearing a rash guard).
8. Guests who have consumed alcohol in the past 2 hours are restricted from using the spa facilities.
9. Guests with systolic blood pressure greater than 180 mmHg, seniors, pregnant women, guests with high fever and severe heart disease are restricted from using the Jjimjil Spa Zone.

2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
