Molang-Molang 몰랑몰랑

Molang-Molang is originally a mimetic word in Korean which means soft and smooth. Molang-Molang is Korean a rice cake (Dduck) specialty cafe. It serves Omegi rice cake which is a very famous Jeju's traditional rice cake, made of glutinous millet. Jeju was in no condition to cultivate rice and barley but glutinous millet was cultivated. The Omegi rice cake is covered with red beans.
At Molang-Molang you can taste fusion Omegi rice cake such as citron omegi rice cake.
Normally, Omegi rice cake is sold only at a rice cake store not at a cafe so people usually order Omegi rice cake as a to-go. But at this cafe, you can sit and enjoy teas, smoothies and ades. Take-out is also possible. Molang-Molang's Omegi rice cake is good as a present because the packing is neat.
