Linus Kim is a born and bred Alabama boy, dedicated to feeding the masses some good old southern style BBQ. He has trained with world champion barbecuers and has brought his flair and flavour to Seoul.
He started off with pop up events, and quickly became the toast of Seoul as the demand for good food grew higher and higher. He opened up his first restaurant earlier in the summer 2014 and it's been a run away success so far. With their famed pulled pork and smoked brisket and a whole host of deep fried sides, its a taste of home that many have been longing for.

You will probably need a cardiogram just reading the menu at Linus'. It's chocked to the brim with good old fashioned barbecued meats and other deep fried sides. As well as slow roasted pulled pork and brisket, he also serves up deep fried ribs, pickles, onion rings, and mac and cheese balls. Unfried sides include beans, slaw, potato salad, and mash & gravy. And you can wash all down with a craft beer or a bourbon.

This is the best Southern BBQ we've had in Korea- tender, juicy meat, tasty buns and amazing fries! The menu is small (especially at lunchtime) but the food is great quality!

by far and away the best southern style BBQ in Korea. The meat is always tender and expertly flavoured. Traditional and modern side dishes to keep everyone happy. Not the cheapest BBQ on the block but definitely the best. they also have a nice patio for sitting outside in the sunshine.
