I have to be honest:
the Shisha is really bad. Almost no smoke, not a strong tobacco taste and weird pipes (from the viewpoint of a German).
Yet, the location is really cool, awesome light scenery, you can play dart and drink at a fair price. Eg: 2+1 rule on Red Bull (one costs 6k Won, therefore 3 for 12k) and some special offer 1 hookah + 1 vodka + beverages to mix with for 50-60k if I remember correctly. Therefore, my rating is 2/5 and not 1/5.
I only recommend this bar when shisha is not the main objective.
